We are a tiny team of craftswomen with a penchant for quality brews, cocktails, and great times!
Our Head Brewer, Erin, crafts sensational small batch brews right here in the shadows of the beautiful Spanish Peaks!
Owner, Aubrey, creates prohibition-inspired cocktails from foraged and locally grown herbs, spices, and botanicals.
Between our fresh brews, inspiring cocktails, and funky fresh mocktails there's something for everyone to enjoy!
Join us for a wicked good libation and remember our Dirty Bird's motto:

Our flagship IPA: Crisp and perfectly hopped for your every day enjoyment!
This crisp and dry IPA is fermented with passion fruit, orange, and lemon peel. Smells fruity, finishes clean and dry and may have you stumbling after 4 or 5 pints (named after a local mine of times yore and for it's 6.8% ABV).
A sister to the Fly The Bird Milk Stout, this mother lives up to her namesake as an homage to the strong, soaring women of aviation. Subtle notes of charcoal and dark chocolate sugar-coat this boozy brew for an out-of-this-stratosphere sipper!
A snappy brew made with locally grown cashmere hops from our friends at Ideal Gardens, with oranges and passion fruit puree!
The perfect off-dry spring cider crafted with Merlot grape juice and apples and aged in oak for six weeks. Rose' all day!
An old fashioned pilsner from our friends in Pueblo.
