House-made Earl Grey tea syrup, lemon, gin, and soda water. Entirely too refreshing.
Cool off with this beauty! House-made lavender syrup with butterfly pea flower (for a naturally beautiful purple color), mixed with gin OR vodka, lemon, and a splash of soda.
Boozy, bubbly, and bright! It's an Aperol Spritz with tequila and lime...hard to beat this boozy treat.
Pueblo chile spirit, mezcal, pomegranate, lime, and ginger beer. Spicy and smokey perfection!
House-crafted organic Palisade peach and ginger shrub, gin, and a caramelized ginger sugar rim. "Dangerously delicious" is an understatement!
House-made Cascara (coffee berry) syrup, Campari, and whiskey. Bold and unique with a bitter finish.
Pernod (anise spirit), almond syrup (orgeat), lime, and several dashes of Angostura bitters. Nutty, tart, warm, and licoricy!
By the glass
Beans, tomato, roasted red peppers, corn, and spices. Can be enjoyed with crackers, corn chips, or on top of a hotdog!
Get it with the usual fixins or smothered in chili!
Salsa and chips for the table to share
Hummus drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with paprika. Served with pita chips.

We are often asked this question: are dogs allowed? Unfortunately, as much as we love all dog friends, they are not allowed inside (we carry a food license and law prohibits us from allowing pets).
