We are a tiny team of craftsfolk with a penchant for quality food, brews, cocktails, and great times!
We craft organic, farm-to-table plates right here in the shadows of the beautiful Spanish Peaks, sourcing ingredients from our ranch and farm neighbors!
Our prohibition-inspired cocktails (and mocktails!) are concocted from foraged
and locally grown herbs, spices, and botanicals (to the very best of our abilities) and we are currently in the process of moving our brew house to a larger facility right here in Walsenburg.
Between our fresh brews, crafty cocktails, and funky fresh dishes, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

*Almost* all cocktails can be made without alcohol for the non-booze drinkers, and cocktails change with the seasons so get 'em while you can!
Bright, bubbly, and boozy! This cocktail is made with blood orange liqueur, tequila, lime, and bubbly wine.
Cool off with this beauty! House-made lavender syrup with butterfly pea flower (for a naturally beautiful purple color), mixed with gin OR vodka, lemon, and a splash of soda.
Cinnamon, Thai Lime Leaf, and Hibiscus syrup, lemon, and your choice of booze.
4 Roses bourbon, 4 berry jam, citrus, and soda.
Mint syrup, corn vodka, cocoa and cardamom bitters, and fresh CaraCara orange juice with a candycane rim.

Our Pub Burger made with 5.5oz of local Andreatta beef, Anastacia's House Bakery brioche buns, SpringSide Colby cheese, house pickles, tomato-turmeric chutney, sorrel-arugula chimichuri, local greens and red onion, with a kale side salad and house made salt and vinegar sweet potato chips. Completely organic and local and 110% delicious!!
Korean Sesame-Ginger seasoned Andreatta Beef, on basmati rice, with house-made kimchi, spicey Kung Pao sauce, green onions, and nori.
Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, bring up to 6 team mates (or build a team with other folks at the bar) and grab a table before Trivia starts at 6:30! Winners will receive a gift certificate to a local business or $5 off their tab.

We are often asked this question: are dogs allowed? The answer is yes! But only on the patio since we carry a food license and are not permitted to allow dogs inside.
